Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • All purpose flour 136 grms


  • Sugar 126 grms


  • Milk powder 30 grms


  • Cocoa powder 20 grms


  • Baking powder 2tsp


  • Baking soda 1tsp


  • Milk 225 ml


  • Oil 75 ml


  • Whipped cream 2 cups

Directions

  • Mix the dry ingredients and sieve it for 3-4 times
  • Now mix milk and oil and add the dry ingredients in small proportions.
  • Mix it well.
  • Grease a rectangular tin 13 by 9 and line it with parchment paper.
  • Add the batter and bake it in 180 c for 20 minutes
  • Do the toothpick test. Once done with the help of a clean cloth fold the cake.
  • Let it cool down. Once cooled add the whipped cream and again fold it carefully and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  • Once it holds its shape. Cut it and serve
