Mix the dry ingredients and sieve it for 3-4 times
Now mix milk and oil and add the dry ingredients in small proportions.
Mix it well.
Grease a rectangular tin 13 by 9 and line it with parchment paper.
Add the batter and bake it in 180 c for 20 minutes
Do the toothpick test. Once done with the help of a clean cloth fold the cake.
Let it cool down. Once cooled add the whipped cream and again fold it carefully and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
Once it holds its shape. Cut it and serve
